Butter Chicken

Yes, that’s right….butter! When I first began cooking chicken, I could never get the chicken skin to become crispy. I love cooking chicken, and love cooking it many different ways. So break out your pans and butter knives, for juicy, fall off of the bone chicken legs!

6 Chicken Drumsticks

Garlic Salt

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Rinse off chicken
  3. Sprinkle seasoning on chicken and toss in a plastic bowl to cover all sides
  4. Line chicken on pan
  5. Cut 2 pieces of butter and place on each piece of chicken
  6. Bake for 1.5 hours

I promise it will be worth the wait! If cooked correctly, the chicken should fall off the bone with each bite and the skin should be crispy! Sometimes, I will set the oven to broil for 2 minutes at the end of the bake time, this ensures a crispy finish.
