Bruschetta Chicken Bake

I am absolutely obsessed with Italian dishes. Anything with tomatoes and covered in cheese is glorious in my opinion. Last night I did a quick search for an Italian chicken dish and came across a variation of meal ideas. My favorite came from Kraft recipes with an easy to follow ingredients list. Per usual, I decided to modify some of the ingredients to my taste. The Bruschetta Chicken Bake feeds 4 and will keep everyone wanting more!


1 can of diced tomatoes (not drained)

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

½ cup of water

1 tsp minced garlic

1 ½ lbs. of boneless and skinless chicken breast

1 tsp. basil leaves

1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is soft
  3. Place chicken in 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with basil and cheese
  4. Top with stuffing mix
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
