Piña Coladas with a Healthy Twist

Before our move to Florida, my husband and I looked forward to drinking Piña Coladas by the pool before work started. Well, it’s still summer here in sunny Florida so that’s exactly what we did. I love Piña Coladas, but I hate the heavy taste and the high amount of calories. This recipe will create a delicious Piña Colada without the added calories.

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup of ice

1-cup pineapple chunks (frozen or canned)

¼ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup coconut milk

¼ cup white rum

 

Steps:

  1. This is the easy part; throw everything in the blender and mix to perfection!

 

Wow, this is the quickest recipe yet. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!
