Cheesy Vegetable Linguine

I don’t tend to play favorites when it comes to my recipes. However, I must say that this dish is one of the greatest things I have ever created (humble brag here). If you love pasta and the warmth of a freshly baked casserole, this recipe is for you!


1 package of Linguine pasta

½ cup of fresh peas

1 cup of fresh mushrooms

1 small yellow onion

1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

½ can of chicken broth

Garlic Salt



  1. Cook pasta using instructions on the back of the package
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Sauté onions and mushrooms with butter and garlic salt in a large pan
  4. Boil fresh peas
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, cream of mushroom, chicken broth, and vegetables (stir all ingredients)
  6. Pour mixture into a casserole dish
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and add sharp cheddar cheese to the top
  9. Bake for 15 minutes
  10. Enjoy!
