Happy Tuesday! Tonight is the perfect night to make a quick dinner with minimal ingredients. My grilled chicken wraps are full of flavor and easy to make. All you need is a deep baking pan and some awesome 90s jams. I find that listening to the greatest hits of the 90s adds a little flavor to my meals.
Serving size: 4 people
Ingredients:
Large soft wheat tortillas
1 lb chicken tenderloin
Taco seasoning
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Italian blend cheese (shredded)
1 avocado
1 can black beans
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Set aside 6 wheat wraps
- Dice chicken and coat with taco seasoning
- In a frying pan, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown
- On the first wrap, spread a thin layer of sour cream
- Sprinkle black beans across the middle of the wrap
- Spread chicken across the wrap (add as little or as much chicken as preferred)
- Sprinkle both types of cheese
- Tightly wrap the tortilla into a burrito
- Spread a light coating of butter on top of tortilla wraps
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Add fresh avocado to the wrap as desired
