Oven Baked Tostadas

In need of something delicious with a little spice yet healthy at the same time? My Oven Baked Tostadas are the answer. It’s hard to eat clean without sacrificing flavor. However, it’s easy to combine these simple ingredients to make a healthy meal full of flavor!

 

Ingredients:

Corn tortillas

Vegetable oil

Refried beans

Lettuce

1 large tomato (diced)

½ cup cheddar cheese

½ cup feta cheese

¼ cup sour cream

 

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray PAM on a large baking tray
  3. Place corn tortillas on baking tray
  4. Lightly brush vegetable oil on tortillas
  5. Bake for four minutes
  6. Remove from oven and flip tortillas over and place back in oven for 4 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and spread refried beans on top of tortillas
  8. Bake for 4 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes
  10. Add lettuce, tomato, and sour cream to the tortillas
  11. Top with cheddar and feta cheese
  12. Enjoy!
