Glazed Salmon Kebabs

Lately, I’ve been trying to swap out red meat dinner options with a healthy fish as the main dish. My favorite fish, Salmon, is full of protein and vitamins and tastes delicious. These glazed salmon kebabs remove any of the fishy flavors and pack a punch. This recipe pairs great with brown rice.

Serving: 11 Kebabs

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Kebab sticks
    • Hint: let kebab sticks soak in water prior to using to lower the risk of burning in the oven

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Wash peppers, cut into squares and set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and fresh lime juice and whisk until smooth
  4. Cut salmon filets into square pieces
  5. Add salmon pieces to the mixing bowl and let sit for 10 minutes
  6. Add salmon squares to Ziploc bag and place in refrigerator for 10 minutes
  7. Add peppers and chilled salmon pieces to each kebab stick
  8. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven
  9. Flip kebabs over and bake for 5 more minutes
  10. Remove from oven and enjoy!
