Buffalo Cauliflower

A new year means new recipes! We are only three days into the New Year and I have just made one of my favorites so far. This buffalo cauliflower recipe is quick and easy and is perfect as a side dish. Here’s to my new go-to snack!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 4 table spoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons honey

 

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Wash cauliflower and break into small florets
  3. Combine all glaze ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth
  4. Add florets into the glaze and cover completely
  5. Add florets to a greased baking sheet
  6. Bake for 30 minutes

 

I also made a quick dip on the side that tasted perfect with the buffalo cauliflower. Just combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of garlic salt, and fresh lime juice. I bet you’ll fall in love.
